The Vision Impure
In a world obsessed with surface, exposing what
lies just under the skin becomes a form of transgression. The Vision
Impure is a solitary attempt to expose and reveal the little-seen
beauty of complexity and complication, and the effort required to
surmount the constant push and pull of life. The idea of the
âarenaâ, as a site where disheveled elegance and
chaos collide, is used as an anchoring element throughout the work to
examine ideas of beauty, purity and their oppositional elements.
